- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup salted butter melted
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces
- each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 ¼ cups milk
- 2 containers (8 ounces
- each) Cool Whip thawed
- 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreo cookies in a bowl and mix with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust, then pour the lemon pudding mixture on top, spreading evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy your Heavenly Lemon Oreo Dessert!
