- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice

- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Lime zest for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie dishes to form crusts.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared crusts.
- Refrigerate the mini pies for at least 30 minutes to set.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread the whipped cream over the chilled pies.
- Garnish with additional lime zest and serve.
