Instructions

- Gradually whisk in the vegetable broth, ensuring there are no lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Add the chopped broccoli and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the 1% milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and blended cottage cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
