- 3 tbsp butter
- 7 cups popcorn
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop cake batter protein powder
- 50 regular size marshmallows
- Funfetti sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract and cake batter protein powder.
- In a large bowl, combine the popcorn and melted marshmallow mixture; stir until the popcorn is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle generously with Funfetti sprinkles.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then break into pieces and serve.
