- Whole milk

Instructions
- In a small bowl, warm the whole milk and dissolve the granulated sugar and instant dry yeast in it. Let it sit until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, eggs, and salt. Add the yeast mixture once it becomes frothy.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread softened unsalted butter over the surface. Mix dark brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the icing by mixing powdered sugar, whole milk, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Once the rolls are baked, drizzle the vanilla icing over them while still warm and serve.
