- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz small pasta shells or small elbow pasta
- ½ cup heavy cream or half and half
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually pour in the beef or chicken broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and pasta. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
