1 pound ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
chopped
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water. Stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce and serve warm.
Notes
You can serve these meatballs over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
