Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted dark chocolate and milk until smooth.
- Add the softened butter and mix until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the broken tea biscuits, sugar, cocoa, and salt until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped almonds.
- Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper, shape into a log, and wrap tightly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
