- 1 loaf focaccia bread halved horizontally
- 2 tablespoon pesto store bought or homemade
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
- 0.5 lb sliced deli turkey
- 6 oz prosciutto
- 0.5 cup roasted red peppers
- 8 oz sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the pesto and mayonnaise evenly on the cut sides of the focaccia bread.
- Layer the sun-dried tomatoes, deli turkey, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and fresh mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the focaccia.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the layers and add the fresh basil leaves and arugula.
- Top with the other half of the focaccia and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
