Instructions

- Gradually add the Marsala wine while continuing to whisk.
- Place the mixing bowl over a pot of simmering water, creating a double boiler, and whisk vigorously until the mixture thickens and becomes frothy.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately, or allow to cool before serving.
