Description

These Jalapeno Popper Rolls are a tasty twist on the classic appetizer, combining creamy cheese, spicy jalapenos, and crispy bacon wrapped in a golden pizza crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
  • softened
  • ⅓ cup diced jalapenos
  • ⅓ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 3 Tbsp herb & garlic seasoning
  • 1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 1 (13.8-oz) tube refrigerated pizza crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, chopped bacon, herb & garlic seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk until well mixed.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust on a floured surface to smooth out any creases.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Starting from one edge, carefully roll the pizza crust tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the rolled crust into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, feel free to add more jalapenos or use pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar.
