Instructions

- In another bowl, melt the salted butter and then mix in the golden monkfruit, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the Lily’s white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Optional: drizzle maple extract and sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie for added flavor.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, then allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
