- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese

- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup bottled lime juice
- zest of 1–2 limes
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with granulated sugar until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of mason jars, followed by the Key Lime filling. Repeat layers as desired.
- Chill the mason jars in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lime juice and add more zest for a bolder lime flavor. These jars can be prepared a day in advance.
