Instructions
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red-pepper flakes, and ground ginger to create the sauce.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and mix well, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
