  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
