- 1 ½ cups (about 175 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons (37 g) granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons (85 g) unsalted butter

- 3 large egg yolks
- ½ cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ to 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the edges are slightly golden.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled, garnished with additional lemon zest if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter bar, adjust the amount of sugar in the crust to your preference. Ensure to chill the bars thoroughly for the best texture.
