Description

Lemon Lush Trifle is a refreshing and light dessert that beautifully layers tangy lemon pudding, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy graham cracker crust, making it perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 14.4 ounce graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6.8 ounces instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 32 ounces Cool Whip
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and crush the graham crackers in a zip-top bag.
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a trifle dish or a 9×13 inch pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the instant lemon pudding mix and whole milk, whisk until smooth and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the Cool Whip and lemon zest.
  5. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then half of the lemon pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and lemon pudding.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add fresh lemon slices or mint leaves on top for garnish.
