Instructions

- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting sea salt to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and garnish with extra mint leaves.
- Serve with crackers, pita bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a creamier texture, blend longer and add a little water if needed. You can substitute garlic scapes with regular garlic if not available.
