  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (85 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (105 g) caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup (45 g) mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) extra brownie crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled fudgy brownies and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and fine salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Layer the brownie crumbles in serving cups and top with the cheesecake filling. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. To make the topping, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the cheesecake cups.
  6. Finally, drizzle caramel sauce over the cups and sprinkle mini chocolate chips and extra brownie crumbs on top. Serve chilled.
