- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 90/10 preferred
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium white onion diced
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns cubed
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until browned.
- Stir in flour, then gradually add beef broth, followed by heavy cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard, mixing until well combined.
- Add rotini pasta to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cubed hamburger buns, mixing until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- If desired, top with chopped dill pickles before serving.
Notes
For an extra cheesy casserole, feel free to add more cheddar cheese on top before baking.
