Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes and strawberries, then place them in a blender.
- Add the sugar and lime juice, then blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to break up ice crystals.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
Notes
For a sugar-free option, substitute regular sugar with stevia or erythritol. This recipe is already vegan-friendly. Feel free to experiment with other fruits as well.
