- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion

- ½ cup milk

- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the lean hamburger, bread crumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

For added flavor, consider adding herbs like parsley or thyme to the meat mixture. Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables for a complete meal.
