1 Wholly Wholesome Traditional Organic Rolled Pie Dough
1 Cup Pizza Sauce
1 Small Package Pepperoni Slices
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg beaten with 1 tbsp of cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie dough on a floured surface and cut into football shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place the football-shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each dough shape.
- Top with pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
