Description

This refreshing Mulberry Lemonade Recipe combines the sweet and tart flavors of mulberries and lemon for a perfect summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 500 milliliters chilled club soda
  • Ice cubes (as required)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mulberries and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
  3. Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Add ice cubes to the pitcher and pour in the chilled club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Serve the lemonade in glasses garnished with mint leaves.

Notes

For a sweeter lemonade, adjust the sugar to taste. Feel free to use sparkling water instead of club soda if desired.
