This refreshing Mulberry Lemonade Recipe combines the sweet and tart flavors of mulberries and lemon for a perfect summer drink.

- 200 grams mulberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 500 milliliters chilled club soda
- Ice cubes (as required)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mulberries and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
- Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher and pour in the chilled club soda. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve the lemonade in glasses garnished with mint leaves.
Notes
For a sweeter lemonade, adjust the sugar to taste. Feel free to use sparkling water instead of club soda if desired.
