- 2 russet potatoes

- 2 (10.75 oz) cans tomato soup

Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, sear the pot roast on all sides until browned.
- Add the chopped potatoes, frozen seasoning blend, peas, green beans, corn, chopped carrots, beef broth, tomato soup, and water to the pot.
- Season with salt and pepper, then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the pot roast, shred the meat, and return it to the soup. Stir well and serve hot.
