- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat or low fat

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (helps brighten the flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Instructions
- Place the chopped nectarines in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
