  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat or low fat

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (helps brighten the flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped nectarines in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
