- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- sliced
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
- Arrange the blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer to create a flag design.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake bars for at least 4 hours, or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
