- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups Graham Cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)

Instructions
- Dissolve the orange jello in boiling water, then set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold the cooled orange jello mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional orange zest until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight. You can garnish with additional orange zest or whipped cream before serving.
