- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- softened
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 2/3 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 24–26 Oreo cookies
- more as desired
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped topping until the mixture is well combined.
- Crush 10-12 Oreo cookies and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture and crushed cookies in serving cups, starting with the cheesecake layer and topping with more crushed cookies as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos. These cups can also be topped with additional whipped cream or chocolate sauce if desired.
