Description
Satisfy your sweet tooth with these delightful, creamy No-Bake Oreo Truffles that are simple to make and utterly delicious.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- softened
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Once all truffles are coated, refrigerate again until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to customize by adding decorations like sprinkles or crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
