This No-Bake Strawberry Delight is a creamy, luscious dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a light, fluffy cheesecake filling atop a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for warm summer days.
Ingredients
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Unsalted butter
- Fresh strawberries
- Heavy whipping cream
- Powdered sugar
- Full-Fat Cream cheese
- Granulated sugar
- Lemon juice
- Pure vanilla extract
- Strawberry jello
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add the lemon juice and pure vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the instant strawberry Jell-o into the cheesecake filling, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, slice fresh strawberries and garnish the top of the dessert. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to let the cheesecake set in the fridge for a few hours for the best texture. Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding or reducing the sugar.
