- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding French Vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping divided in half
- 1 ½ cup sliced strawberries
- blueberries and blackberries optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding and milk. Whisk until smooth and set aside for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
- Pour the prepared vanilla pudding into the cream cheese mixture, folding gently to combine.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Top the pie with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, garnish with sliced berries on top. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to set.
Notes
You can use any combination of fresh berries for the topping. This pie is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
