- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare oats:
- Lightly blend rolled oats to a finer texture (optional for softer consistency).
- Mix dry ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add fruits & veggies:
