Description
Deliciously rich and creamy Oreo Balls, perfect for any occasion and easy to make!
Ingredients
Scale
- 36 regular Oreo cookies
- 1 (8-ounce) package brick-style cream cheese softened (226 grams)
- 16 ounces chocolate semi-sweet
- milk
- or white chocolate all work great (452 grams)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once all the balls are coated, chill them again in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
- Enjoy your homemade Oreo Balls!
Notes
Feel free to customize the chocolate coating by adding sprinkles or using different types of chocolate.
