- 8 ounces brick-style full-fat cream cheese softened
- 16 ounces chocolate almond bark or chocolate melting wafers
- 1/4 cup white chocolate or white candy melts
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a zip-top bag.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the chocolate almond bark or melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is evenly coated, and return to the baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts and use a piping bag to drizzle over the coated truffles to create a football design.
- Let the truffles set at room temperature or place them in the fridge briefly until the chocolate is firm.
