Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and minced garlic until softened and fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, sautéed onion and garlic, seasoned breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley.

- Top with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
