Description
This Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner is a simple yet delicious meal featuring juicy chicken breasts, roasted red potatoes, and tender green beans all baked together on one sheet pan for easy cleanup.

- 1½ lb chicken breast (about 3–4 pieces)

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
- Italian or plain
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- ½ – ¾ tsp sea salt
- 2 lb red potatoes
- cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 – 2 garlic clove

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 1 Tbsp parmesan (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic for the chicken. Toss the chicken breasts in this mixture, then coat them with the grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In another bowl, mix the red potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread them out around the chicken on the baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, optional parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- After the chicken and potatoes have baked for about 15 minutes, add the green beans to the sheet pan.
- Continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference or what’s in season.
