Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are the ultimate air-fried crispy snack, combining gooey mozzarella with the crunchy texture of parmesan and garlic for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb low-moisture mozzarella cheese cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1.5 cups parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder fine granules
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Set aside.
  3. Dredge each mozzarella cube in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip the floured mozzarella into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Roll each egg-coated mozzarella cube in the parmesan mixture until fully covered.
  6. Place the coated mozzarella bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

These bites are best served immediately for maximum crispiness. They pair well with marinara sauce for dipping.
