These Patriotic Red, White, and Blue Jello Cups are a festive and fun dessert perfect for any celebration, especially the Fourth of July. Layered in vibrant colors, they’re both visually stunning and delicious.

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 packets gelatin unflavored
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz/395g
- 1 box red jell-o 3oz box
- any flavor
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- whipped cream
- red white and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the blue jell-o in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Stir well and pour into clear cups, filling them about 1/3 full. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- For the white layer, in a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over ½ cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 1 cup of water. Add the hot water to the gelatin mixture and stir until dissolved. Then mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Carefully pour the white layer over the set blue layer and refrigerate again until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Prepare the red layer by dissolving the red jell-o in 1 cup of boiling water, then add 1 cup of cold water. Once the white layer is set, gently pour the red jell-o mixture over the white layer. Return to the refrigerator and let it set another 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles. Enjoy your festive treat!
