Ingredients

  • 2 cups all‑purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup peach jam
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Pour in milk and stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread peach jam evenly over it.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top of the jam.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
  8. Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk to make a glaze.
  10. Once baked, allow the rolls to cool slightly and drizzle the glaze on top before serving.
