- 2 cups all‑purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup peach jam
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
- Pour in milk and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread peach jam evenly over it.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top of the jam.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, whisk together powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk to make a glaze.
- Once baked, allow the rolls to cool slightly and drizzle the glaze on top before serving.
