Ingredients

  • Peaches
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Cornstarch
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peeled and sliced peaches with granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Stir well to coat.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture to a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar (if using), cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread the oat topping evenly over the peach mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider substituting some of the granulated sugar with brown sugar, and serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
