- 3 lb bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 15 oz canned peaches in juice
- 2 tbsp agave nectar or honey
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the canned peaches with their juice, agave nectar or honey, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic.
- Season the chicken thighs with kosher salt and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the peach mixture over the chicken, ensuring the thighs are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, spooning extra sauce over the top.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar or honey based on your preference.
