  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 15 oz canned peaches in juice
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar or honey
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the canned peaches with their juice, agave nectar or honey, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with kosher salt and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the peach mixture over the chicken, ensuring the thighs are well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, spooning extra sauce over the top.
