- 1 package of puff pastry sheets

- 1 can (15 oz) of peach pie filling
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk or cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing it.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of peach pie filling in the center of each square, adding granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, if desired.
- Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center to create a pouch and place them in the greased muffin tin.
- Whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash, then brush it over the top of each cruffin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
- While baking, mix powdered sugar and milk or cream to create a glaze.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then drizzle the glaze over the warm cruffins before serving.

Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the filling by adding or omitting the granulated sugar.
