Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a skillet.
- In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the Type 00 flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the diced peach gently into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared skillet and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
