  • Type 00 flour 3 cups (375 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a skillet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the Type 00 flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
