  • 11/2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 11/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts with the dill pickle juice and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Remove the chicken from the brine and shake off excess liquid. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
