- ½ cup oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
