- 3 large eggs

- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the streusel topping.
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the pumpkin layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
