Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the streusel topping.
  5. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
