- 3 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
- Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Dip each slice of Texas toast into the pumpkin egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated, and place them on the griddle.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the French toast cooks, prepare the whipped pumpkin butter by combining the softened butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the cooked French toast warm, topped with a dollop of whipped pumpkin butter.
