Instructions

- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in any desired mix-ins like chocolate chips.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
