- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
