  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
